Shipping: Products purchased on Naturalfactory.net will be shipped after payment processing has been completed and times may vary order to order. At NATURAL FACTORY we do our very best to process all orders the moment they are received to expedite product delivery. Please note, customer will assume all responsibility for shipping costs unless otherwise noted.

Products Shipped From Multiple Vendors: Please note, that NATURAL FACTORY does not maintain a warehouse or keep inventory on hand which is manufactured by third-party vendors. This is done to reduce our carbon footprint, by reducing the number of times a product must be shipped prior to a customer receiving it. Additionally, as a premium Natural and Organic products store, this allows NATURAL FACTORY to ensure that our customers receive the freshest products, directly from the manufacturers themselves. Please note that orders placed from multiple vendors will be shipped separately as each item will be shipped manufacture direct.

Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
